Emulsion-bound sand and gravel

We produce emulsion-bound sand and gravel with an output from 40 to 300 T/h with
a continuous type. This unit is declined in two versions, stationary or mobile.

This unit mobile advantage is compactness for it is made up on the same frame with these components as bellow :
  • 4 feeders
  • 1 main drain belt conveyor
  • 1 transverse belt conveyor
  • 1 lifting belt conveyor
  • 1 double shaft mixer
  • 1 adjustable group pipe system
  • 1 drag slat conveyor
  • 1 control cabin
  • 1 water tank
The variable slope of the mixer avoids differents formulas.
